About Kimberly
Kimberly Maze is the founder of Kimberly Maze Consulting, LLC and a development and construction leader with more than 200 facility openings across her career.
She has led new store development for national and franchise brands, including Regis Corporation and Self Esteem Brands, and most recently served as Director of New Store Development and Construction at VIO Med Spa. Her experience includes work within private equity backed organizations, where speed, cost control, and repeatable processes are essential.
Today, Kimberly works on the owner's side as a trusted representative, guiding clients through site selection, design, permitting, construction, and opening. Her approach is simple: clear communication, disciplined budgets, and schedules that hold.
